The simple wheel breaks down a number of different meats: Pork butt (sliced), pork butt (pulled), whole chicken, chicken thighs, chicken quarters, whole turkey, turkey leg, turkey wings, turkey breast (bone in), meat loaf, meatballs, spare ribs, baby back ribs, salmon, brisket (sliced), brisket (chopped), and beef ribs.
Within the wheel:
- The first information shows you how hot to smoke your meat (temperature)
- The second shows for how long (time)
- The third shows the temperature the meat should be at once done.
